I lead the Salesforce architectural solutions for a $450M impact, National Grid’s gas business enablement program for the US. National Grid Plc has 15K+ employees and consists of a large IT department employing over 200+ technical analysts plus onsite and offshore consultants at various levels. • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: I provide oversight and final sign-off on architectural designs and solutions for the aforementioned program. The solution is a cross-platform, integrated architecture involving service cloud, Field Service lightning, Marketing cloud, with MuleSoft as middleware integrating with legacy and external systems. I work with jurisdiction CIOs business group to design architectural roadmaps and solutions for the business unit, prioritizing regulatory and business requirements. These platforms are critical for the company’s response to emergency and routine operational and regulatory reporting customer service needs in the US. These platforms are heavily used 24/7 by over field service technicians and customer service staff. MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE: I directly hire, manage and guide technical teams on architecture, solution design and code reviews. At any given timepoint, 40+ consultant IT engineers and architects at different experience levels and both onsite and offshore locations report to me.
