Represent student sexual assault survivors nationally under Title IX, including in successful impact litigation requiring schools address sexual violence at fraternities. • Conducted advocacy, strategic planning, and drafted policy arguments that led to U.S. Department of Education to include dating violence and stalking in its definition of sexual harassment under Title IX. • Played central role in the passage of state legislation supporting victims in K-12 and in college campuses. • Advise and collaborate with national women’s rights organizations on policy analysis, advocacy initiatives, strategic litigation, media engagement, and community mobilization.• Present nationally including for National Association of Attorneys General. Lecture at Harvard Law School. Instructor for the National Organization for Victim Assistance Certification.• Media appearances include the New York Times, NPR, Washington Post, CNN, and Good Morning America.
