As a professional college planner I help students for all walks of life pursue their dreams. I offer three services to help you every step of the way.• Education – group workshops provide students and parents an overview of the college planning process while emphasizing the importance of higher education• Individual Counseling, Support, and Advocacy – one-on-one assistance through entire college planning, application, and financing processes.• College Planning Calendar – schedule and deadline management for all steps of your personalized college planNONPROFIT: In addition to the college counseling, I oversee the nonprofit and business functions of the organization. HIGHLIGHTS• Grew the organization from one college planning consultant to two staff members, fifteen volunteers, and a productive board of directors in one short year• Developed student referral partnerships with five school districts and numerous charter schools• Served 75 students from June 2012-June 3013• To date, 100% of students have obtained admittance into two or four year colleges around the country
