Carey plays a pivotal role in advancing initiatives that nurture a thriving work environment, ensuring KPMG\'s audit teams are well-equipped to serve clients and the market effectively.Prior to her current role, Carey served as the Partner in Charge for the Mountain Business Unit, where she was responsible for managing operations, financial resources, and personnel across Albuquerque, Anchorage, Boise, Denver, Portland, Salt Lake City, and Seattle. From 2016 to 2020, she also held the position of Office Managing Partner in Portland, Oregon. In these roles, Carey added significant value by fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning, embracing technology adoption, and prioritizing the upskilling of professionals to meet evolving business needs and enhance service delivery. With over 32 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and financial reporting, Carey brings a wealth of expertise that is instrumental in achieving our strategy of embracing technology adoption and upskilling our people, ensuring that we continue to effectively serve multinational public companies across various industries.
