In this current role, my core responsibility is to lead all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, store and inventory management, and supply chain planning. I ensure effective supervision of 16 labourers, 6 handymen, 5 traffic marshals and 5 hoist drivers to deliver the right product at the right place at the right time, while minimising costs and maximising efficiency.
