Achieve and maintain a 96%- 100% census.• Develop a quarterly marketing plans covering advertising, public relations, and referral programs.• Mentor and train sales assistant, in all aspects of sales and marketing, including cold calling, tours, closing techniques, business development, role playing, CRM database management=ensuring readiness for success.• Provide information and conduct tours for family members, highlighting features and benefits of programs at both communities.• Maintain positive relationships with referral sources, physicians, and discharge planners• Track all activity and manage CRM system (You’ve Got Lead)• Plan and coordinate holiday celebrations and special events at Willow Creek and Oak Creek• Assist with Open Houses, Vendor Fairs and Senior Roundtable meetings• Guide families and responsible parties in making appropriate placement decisions.• Collaborate with the Director of Health and Wellness to evaluate appropriate placement for new residents.• Prepare and process all admission requirements and forms for new residents.• Work closely with staff to foster a family-oriented environment at Willow Creek and Oak Creek. • Encourage staff to recognize and engage in internal marketing efforts.
