I am a senior director in the Retail division in CBRE. I have a specific focus on supporting cross-border retail activity in Ireland. I joined Dalgleish & Co in 1993, initially dealing with all aspects of retail agency in the South East of England. I was then given the opportunity to establish a department dedicated to advising UK retailers on acquisitions in Ireland.Following the merger of Dalgleish with CBRE in 2005, I have continued to concentrate on the Irish retail market, advising numerous clients on disposals and acquisitions as well as advising landlords on maximising their assets.
