ABOUT ALICIA BUSS

After the studies of business psychology, I soon discovered my passion for HR and Recruiting and started my career as one of the first employees at CareerTeam. Besides placing numerous C-level positions, I also supported different partners at building up Digitalization teams, supported the scaling of Corporate Ventures as well as Innovation Hubs and built up an extensive network in Germany as well as throughout Europe. Furthermore, I decisively drove the growth of CareerTeam to become the biggest digital boutique and am now leading the operations as Managing Director for Germany for our Brands CareerTeam, BENOMIK and Numeris.The CareerTeam Group is the recruiting agency of the digital age. Our network, our focus and our expertise are shaped by and specifically aimed at the digital world. Our team of more than 220 employees is located in our offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg and Zurich. We support our customers in finding the right experts for vacancies in the field of digital management. Besides classic executive search for global corporations, medium-sized enterprises and family owned businesses, CareerTeam builds entire digital departments during a company’s digital transformation.
