At IQVIA, I lead a global team helping biopharma’s most forward-thinking leaders pressure-test their trials before those gaps become problems, harnessing AI, real-world evidence, and data science to turn complexity into clarity.I think across silos by instinct and lead across geographies by experience. I’ve spent 16+ years building teams, processes, and leveraging tech that connect the right people to the right data at the right moment, leading with innovation while staying grounded in the business realities that make or break a program.I’ve navigated enough reorganizations to know that adaptability isn’t a soft skill, it’s a survival skill.I’m interested in conversations at the intersection of clinical innovation, transformative technology, and leadership, whether inside a large organization or in more advisory and independent capacities
