About Cara Wilczynski

I grew up in an old tavern that was built in 1809 in the northeastern part of the United States. Since childhood, the art of building and the art of architecture has always enticed me. I loved the styles that had been preserved over the decades; the structures that began with hand carved materials and the unique styles and eras that they each were associated with. This passion led me to a formal education in architecture and professional career in Construction. I have always been interested in making the building process more efficient, and VDC was my first outlet when I entered the AEC industry. Since my time in the construction space, I have found that there is a need (and want) industry-wide to improve processes - and part of that solution is technology.Market experience includes Mixed-Use/ Residential high-rise, Healthcare, corporate headquarters and renovations ranging from up to $120M.
