About Cara Tomko
Originally trained in the visual arts, my toolbox contains design thinking, systems thinking, and visual thinking mindsets. My favorite moments happen when people come together to share ideas, discover something new, or work toward a common goal.Prior to my current position as Program Manager, I served in various roles related to customer experience, marketing, and design. As a Design Lead, I led a team of designers in Human-Centered Design practices to deliver quality insights and solve complex problems. As an in-house UX Web Manager, I oversaw five websites and worked with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive experience at every touchpoint of the users\' journey. As a Visual Manager, I drove business outcomes by providing consistent, aspirational, and meaningful customer experiences through strategic and reactive merchandising techniques.I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, yoga, and reading. Also, I am a fan of taking quizzes to learn more about myself.
