ABOUT CARA PERALTA-NEEL

Cara Peralta-Neel is Head of Design for Goldman Sachs Ayco, a suite of financial planning products that empower our clients’ employees to achieve their financial goals by providing guidance, digital tools, and workplace solutions. Prior leading Ayco, she worked on multiple products in the workplace solutions space at Goldman, including both internal software for financial advisors as well as client- and consumer-facing sites and materials. She was the lead designer for the launch of the Ayco Financial Wellness mobile app, and responsible for the redesign of the coach call scheduling flow and seminar registration feature on the Financial Wellness platform. Before joining Goldman, Cara worked at Columbia Engineering Bootcamps as a teaching assistant in UX/UI Design, and as a freelance designer in the start-up space. She holds a Master’s degree from New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) and a BA in Honors Psychology from McGill University. Cara’s background in the social sciences has given her a deep curiosity for how people think about and interact with their surroundings, which dovetails perfectly with her passion for creating user-centered products and experiences. In her spare time, Cara is a published author of non-fiction and poetry.
