My favorite part of tackling complex engineering challenges is connecting with others.Drawing from my engineering background and experience in enterprise AI delivery, I’ve developed a strong ability to solve technical, organizational, and cross-functional challenges. From my early Electrical and Computer Engineering project work at Olin College of Engineering, to my roles at Verizon and now IBM, I’ve learned that clear communication, goal-focused planning, and efficient execution are at the core of successful teams and impactful solutions.Outside of my day-to-day role, I serve on the executive board of the Society of Women Engineers of New York, where I lead community-building initiatives and create inclusive spaces for engineers to connect, learn, and support one another. That experience has strengthened how I show up as a leader, effectively prioritizing collaboration, accessibility, and trust across diverse teams.In my current role at IBM, I focus on bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and deliver agentic AI systems at scale. I enjoy translating business problems into secure, measurable AI solutions while coordinating with engineers, product teams, subject matter experts, and executives throughout the full project lifecycle. I’m especially passionate about connecting strategy to implementation and helping teams adopt advanced technology in a way that is practical, responsible, and human-centered.

   Partner with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to design secure, scalable enterprise Healthcare AI pilots leveraging IBM technologies- Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and success metrics for large-scale automation initiatives across on-premises and SaaS environments- Design and deliver executive Agentic AI strategy and enablement programs, including governance, go-to-market considerations, and hands-on multi-agent labs (no/low-code and pro-code)- Build multi-agent AI proof-of-concepts using watsonx.ai, IBM Orchestrate, RAG pipelines, and enterprise vector databases to automate complex document and workflow processes- Lead cross-functional global teams of AI Engineers, Solution Architects, UX Designers, and GTM partners across the U.S, Europe, and India to drive adoption of IBM AI platforms- Authored and led IBM Europe’s first multi-agent AI enablement program for a large healthcare enterprise; recognized by IBM VP of Sales and client leadership- Delivered executive AI workshops and live proofs-of-concept supporting multi-million-dollar ELAs, including a $24.3M agreement and $123M+ in projected annual savings- Promoted via a 10% merit increase within 3 months for exceptional performance and technical leadership
