Technical Director and IT Program/Project Manager with a professional background that cohesively combines software engineering, structured project management, and quality management in highly complex technological and regulatory environments.Since 2008, I have served as Technical Director at Kell s.r.l, an SME operating in the fields of Telemedicine, e-Health, Space Telecommunications, and Earth Observation. In this role, I coordinate a team of developers distributed across Italy and oversee the entire lifecycle of platforms and products, including solutions for paperless management of medical device maintenance and telemedicine support platforms.Over the years, I have held Program Manager and Project Manager roles for numerous Research & Development projects funded at European, national, and regional levels (ESA, ASI, European Commission – across multiple Framework Programmes, regional funding schemes, ERDF). These projects have addressed areas such as telemedicine, active ageing, emergency healthcare service management, advanced screening and diagnostic platforms, WebGIS systems, and SAR remote sensing applications.In parallel, I have developed strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Management Systems, and Compliance. I am responsible for the Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 27001/27017/27018 standards; I act as an internal auditor and as the reference person for the preparation of technical documentation for software medical devices in compliance with the MDR Regulation, IEC 62304, and ISO 14971.
