A 25+ year veteran of the legal services field, I specialize in workflow design and continuous improvement programs. Throughout my career, I have concentrated on technology integration and process engineering for legal operations and am a frequent industry speaker and thought leader on the topics of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and AI/Gen AI implementation, data privacy, and innovative lean process workflows. In my current role at TCDI, I oversee workflow creation, service delivery, and development strategy for our Military Spouse Managed Review program and other service offerings. I also co-lead TCDI\'s Tech Lab and Collaboration Center where we evaluate emerging technology and create process-driven solutions for clients. I believe my expertise in building new platforms and process design aligns closely with my company\'s strategy to increase innovation and improve workflow and my diverse operational experience and hands on approach with clients is key to continually improving the end-user experience.
