Project managed Amnesty International reports through coordinating team members, driving progress, achieving milestones and addresses any occurring issues to ensure the project remains on track- Work closely with vendors building strong relationship, writing terms of reference and contracts, managing workload and driving progress, and processing invoices and payment- Coordinate a 2 million euro grant across the team, working with the team manager to allocate resources across budget lines, forecasting quarterly budgets and tracking expenditure throughout the year- Organise event logistics including arranging venues, paying vendors and coordinating staff- Organise complex online events managing speakers, facilitating discussion and breakout rooms and ensuring engagement- Manage stakeholders in the Artificial Intelligence space, have built networks with civil society to identify key ways forward for AI regulation- Led on communications through building social media narratives, coordinating videographers and illustrators- Built a community of practice involving over 100 civil society organisations in order to surface key issues and goals regarding tech regulation
