I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and spent several years at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville studying Advertising and Public Relations which has helped me communicate effectively with candidates and clients. I have over two years of experience in Healthcare Recruiting. Prior to EngageMED, my career included focusing on Investment Banking, IT and Campus Recruiting as well as Business Development of Staffing Services. I have developed strong skills in talent acquisition strategy, candidate screening,interview processes and offer negotiation. My core competencies include relationship building, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
