Born and raised in the South, Cara began her career practicing law before transitioning into commercial real estate brokerage. That move expanded her transactional expertise and aligned with her entrepreneurial background. Within two years as a commercial agent, she earned a top annual sales award and obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Cara worked closely with developers on tax credit syndications and complex development transactions involving Louisiana state tax credits. Operating under challenging conditions, she developed a reputation for reliability, strategic problem-solving, and practical deal execution while assisting clients in rebuilding efforts across New Orleans.She later joined a boutique brokerage specializing in high-end residential properties and condominium developments in downtown New Orleans, advising developers and individual clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and project structuring. During the city’s film industry expansion, she also represented high-profile actors, producers, and directors seeking luxury furnished residences.After building a successful real estate business and earning her associate broker license, Cara relocated to Utah in 2017. She subsequently obtained her Utah real estate broker license in 2020 and formally returned to the practice of law.
