Cara Schlie is a dynamic leader and executive with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare technology, pharmacy patient engagement and pharmacy software industry. She currently serves as the SVP of Sales & Commercial Operations at RedSail Technologies, a leading provider of innovative solutions for independent pharmacies and healthcare organizations. In her role, Cara leads the commercialization, strategy, and execution of RedSail Advantage Programs (clinical, financial, and transactional) and RedSail’s solution attachment and expansion strategy for RedSail\'s Pharmacy & Health Systems Network, which comprises more than pharmacies across the country. She is responsible for launching new solutions and program types, such as RedSail Pay, RxCash+, Rxlocal app, Delivery app, Inventory app, Reconciliation Services, Cloudfax, Emporos and RedSail programs, that enhance the health outcomes of patients and the financial performance of pharmacies. She also oversees the go-to-market infrastructure design and pre/post launch execution that enable RedSail to deliver value-added services and solutions to its customers and partners. Cara\'s leadership style is strategic, data-driven, and collaborative. She has a proven track record of solving complex problems, building cross-functional relationships, and driving impact and change for the customers and the business. She has a passion for developing others, motivating teams, and sharing her knowledge and expertise. She is an active member of Duquesne University\'s Sales & Marketing Advisory Board and a recipient of Duquesne’s Young Alumna Achievement Award.
