As the Community and Partnerships Lead for The Roots Programme, I am responsible for developing and nurturing a wide range of strategic partnerships to strengthen our national impact and reach. I proactively identify, build and maintain relationships with diverse community groups, schools, youth organisations and businesses across the UK, ensuring every collaboration is mutually beneficial and aligned with our ethos of fostering a more connected, curious and compassionate society. I also serve as a spokesperson for the organisation, representing our mission through public speaking engagements and strategic communications. In a hands-on capacity, I help to facilitate workshops, conferences and community consultations as part of our programme delivery.
