ABOUT CARA JONES
Hello there! After ten years on Vancouver Island, I am very happy to be home, where I\'ve lived most of my life as a settler on Treaty 6 territories in Amiskwacîwâskahikan, also known as Edmonton Alberta.It has been my privilege to be a consultant, leader, co-designer and facilitator working in HR and Organization Learning and Development for many years. I love working with people creating spaces where extraordinary experiences, ideas and conversations happen among diverse groups of people. Together with leaders and teams we traverse along paths of building work cultures where people can flourish. My consultation areas of focus include: organization, leadership and team development, dialogue for difficult conversations, group facilitation, change and transformation, strategy, values and vision work, organizational effectiveness, personality and communication, learning program design and coaching. I also enjoy traveling the world, going to theatre and live performances, animals and the outdoors, learning about history and cultures, and spending time with family and friends.
