Whilst working at ASDA I have built up many skills and experiences, I thoroughly enjoy my Job and I think that is why it works so well. On the job i would face a lot of customer interactions due to being constantly on the shop floor enhancing my ability to work with customers and develop customer relationships. This job also required a lot of teamwork during busy periods such as holidays, this would mean communicating with people within my department but also reaching out for external help from other departments if necessary.
