Key Responsibilities* Monitor and distribute ExWorks Opportunities and assist with order acceptance.* Oversee and process eModal receipts and pay aging gate fee invoices.* Maintain and upload documentation in CargoWise for cross-team visibility.* Update and manage Trace spreadsheet passwords and organization profiles.* Oversee the Dray360 team to ensure timely dispatch actions.* Provide support and direction to the Colombia Operations teams (Tracing, Equipment, Dispatch,Operations Support).* Coordinate training, onboarding, and procedure implementation across departments.* Schedule and lead one-on-one meetings with supervisory staff.* Assign support and resources to supervisors and manage escalated client/internal issues.* Support after-hours operations and maintain business continuity.* Collaborate with the Operations Manager on day-to-day activities and special projects.* Address errors and develop corrective action plans.* Monitor company-wide revenue and profit goals and implement measures to meet monthly targets.* Support performance review processes and deliver structured feedback to staff.* Assist with company-wide training, directives, and strategic initiatives.* Coordinate and distribute the weekly Red File report.* Resolve billing disputes and coordinate corrective strategies.• Research and resolve discrepancies on vendor invoices.• Research vendor per diem invoices and obtain customer approval for billing.• Approve/dispute vendor per diem invoices with the vendors.• Research and resolve Trac Intermodal chassis billing.* Approve employee vacation requests and coordinate weekly coverage plans to ensure continuous operational support
