I have been involved in over 20 bulk annuity transactions, ranging in complexity and size between £1m and £2bn, whether that is a lead adviser, support adviser or project manager role. I also spend time working on post transaction projects, guiding clients through buyout and wind-up stages. I have been involved in over 5 pension scheme wind-ups over the past 3 years also.I also oversee Mercer’s bulk annuity streamlined proposition allowing small schemes gain attention in a busy market through an efficient process.
