Lead and manage the entire creative project lifecycle from briefing to final delivery: planning, scope changes, creative development, approvals, creative production, material delivery/distribution, and postmortem/wrap.Work with team members, key partners (internally and externally) to define project scope, including timeline, resources, project hours, and any internal/external costs.Own, drive, and facilitate project-related team meetings (kick-offs, status, internal/business partner reviews, approvals etc.)Manage, organize, and distribute all project information and documentation.Lead communication of timelines, status updates, and potential risks to the project team by identifying, and troubleshooting issues/roadblocks with Business Partners, Creative Production, and Creative Development.Serve as the liaison between the creative function, operations, production arm, internal partners and external partners, setting project expectations and consistently communicating progress.Collaborate with Operations team to ensure projects or requests for resources addressed during project intake and are assigned appropriately.Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines / guidelines and budgets.Work closely with IMAX Creative, Live Marketing, Documentary Marketing, Exhibition Marketing, Digital Marketing and other internal business partners to understand apply learnings to future projects to improve performance and budget.
