About Siddharth Kumar
I am a trainer, who began as a seafarer in 2001. Living the ordinary with excitement and energy has always been far more important to me than outwardly show and hence I don\'t believe in chasing the extra ordinary. I am comfortable in what is available and have no fear of missing out. I have seen a few ups and downs in my life and feel blessed to have been born in a middle class family who got almost everything in life. A straightforward person with the \'gift of the gab\', my early working life has enabled me to look at things practically and molded my mindset into solving problems. As a lifelong student and learner, I have attended far too many boring trainings myself. Hence it is my vision to make a lasting impact on whoever I train, whereby they learn what matters most and remember it for life. To keep myself busy and away from life draining negativity, I have continuously pursued academic ventures. When I\'m not at work, you can find me out exploring the world with my wife and young daughter.
