With over 37 years in aviation, I’ve come to see a captain’s role as far more than flying an aircraft. It’s about leadership, mentorship, and creating a culture where safety and service go hand in hand. My career has taken me across the skies in business and commercial aviation, from the classic Boeing 737-200 to the modern Airbus A330 and today the Bombardier Global 7500, the world’s longest-range business jet. Along the way, I’ve served as an Examiner, Director of Training, and DY Chief Pilot Training & Standards, shaping SOPs, training programs, and supporting countless pilots on their professional journeys. My approach blends disciplined adherence to procedures with a human touch: open cockpit communication, calm decision-making under pressure, and a passion for helping younger pilots grow in confidence and skill. I believe that true command is earned not by hours alone, but by consistently building trust: with your crew, your passengers, and the next generation of aviators. Today, flying the Global 7500 as an Examiner, I remain committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and service, while quietly mentoring others to do the same. I see every flight as an opportunity to keep learning, keep improving, and keep inspiring those around me.
