Responsible for providing pro-active Bilingual Field Medical Case Management services to both English / Spanish speaking injured workers in order to return them to a more normal level of functioning. Coordinate medical treatment, authorize medical testing if appropriate, authorize physical therapy. I attended doctors’ appointments with patients in the Central Florida area to discuss their medical conditions, coordinate medical services and obtained work status for the adjusters. I coordinate my activities with the adjuster assigned to the case to maximize my effectiveness.
