   I oversee the daily operations of a dynamic mixed-use waterfront property in Annapolis, Maryland. My responsibilities include managing 12 buildings that accommodate approximately 75 tenants across office, retail, workshop, and restaurant spaces, as well as a 45-slip marina. I lead a team that includes a Maintenance Engineer and an Assistant Property & Leasing Manager, ensuring that the property is maintained to the highest standards, leases are effectively managed and renewed, and tenant and vendor relationships are nurtured.In this role, I prioritize superior customer service, maintaining safety, and effectively marketing available properties. I am responsible for budget preparation and management, partnering with the Owner on large projects and business strategies. My duties also extend to tenant relations, where I onboard new tenants, oversee tenant departures, and organize annual tenant open houses. I manage building maintenance and repairs, ensuring structures are safe, usable, and well-maintained. Additionally, I handle leasing and renewals, dock maintenance, office management, and vendor/project management, all while striving to enhance the property\'s reputation within the community.
