Assist Traders and Charterers with Shipping Skills, in order to make efficient and Flawless Planning of Voyages. Key tasks:Handling of Pre Fixtures and post fixtures issues and relationship building Solving the Team issuesGuide the Team to achieve the objectives* Monitoring and analyzing Profit and Loss statement.* Co-ordinating with chartering and Internal/External stakeholders to maximize profit.* Communicate as per voyage instructions and standard operating procedures with Agents, Brokers, Charterers, Oil traders etc. to facilitate the voyage.* Handling owners matter on time chartered vessels. Dealing with accidents and various reporting requirements as per Charter party and contractual terms.* Dealing with various legal matters such as issuance / change of BL\'s, CP breaches, Insurance matters.* Making a thorough assessment of voyage, anticipate and initiate various optimization plans.* Voyage management & ensuring all details and supporting documents required for correct invoicing of freight, hire & claims are accurate & support claims team for issuance / negotiation & settlement of claims and demurrage.* Ensure all details and supporting documents required for correct invoicing of freight, hire & claims are accurate & available in accordance with relevant Charter Party requirements for each voyage.
