I work at the intersection of global operations, international trade, and emerging financial systems, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience from shipping into fintech and climate finance.I am a Master Mariner with a 25-year career in global shipping during which I commanded and audited international maritime operations and later held senior shore-based roles, including Marine Superintendent and Certified Auditor for international maritime standards. My responsibilities spanned fleet operations, safety, regulatory compliance, and cost-optimized logistics across multiple jurisdictions.Alongside my maritime career, I developed sustained exposure to financial markets and fintech, building a practical understanding of market structures, risk management, and capital flows. To strengthen governance and regulatory insight, I also earned a Bachelor of Law, complementing my operational background with legal and contractual clarity.Today, I apply this experience to building execution-ready systems in digital finance and sustainability. At MindWave Innovations Inc, I focus on the operational and strategic foundations of decentralized finance, climate assets, and digital governance. I also serve as Chief Strategy Officer at AQUAE Labs Pte. Ltd, Singapore, where I oversee strategy and credit frameworks, and as Director of PureAna Pvt.
