I build them from scratch — and deliver them in the real world, in some of the most complex environments in the maritime industry.Over 17 years, I moved from the bridge of a vessel to leading one of the most specialised ESG and ship recycling programmes in global shipping at A.P. Møller – Maersk. This sea-to-boardroom journey gives me something rare — I understand what happens at yard level, and I am accountable at boardroom level.In ship recycling, I controlled everything end to end — commercial strategy, yard governance, regulatory compliance, ESG monetisation, and stakeholder engagement.
