Heading the Real Estate Solutions Group for APAC Region with responsibility for Real Estate, Physical Security, Infrastructure & Facilities.2. Responsible for creating the Real Estate Infrastructure and Op\'s strategy for the region to support Business growth to include Real estate acquisition, construction, Facility Services, EHS, Security & Crisis Management, Procurement, Risk Management & BCP.3. Conduct Security reviews, audits, threat & risk assesment to find potential areas of Vulneralbility & recommend counter measures.4. Design & review various Security Policies, Awareness training programs for employees and work closely with Control risks teams to plan emergency/ incident response plans against civil unrest, workplace violence armed robbery, arson & terrorism.5. Managing close to a Million sq ft of real estate office space and service, 8 offices & team of 36 FTEs across regions & extended team off approx. 450+ ground resources. Managing CRE program - Analysis of space utilisation, cost optimisation, consolidation, achieve departmental goals, sustainability. Coordination with internal & external stakeholders for any space expansion / renovation / refurbishment requirements. Responsible for preparing case studies, commercial analysis & Management Approvals.7. Designing and managing budgets for locations, tracking expenses & minimising costs by innovative methods. On time and 100% accurate invoice processing of all CAPEX & OPEX spends. Continuous monitoring of BVA, analyse & update management on variances.8. In charge of maintaining complete MIS for overall Spend (BVA).9. Efficiently managing the cafeteria management and employee transport services. Cost optimization through upgrade, wherever possible.10. Oversee Facilities Management Operations, Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Security Crisis Management (SCM), Mechanical, Electrical and building services, Procurement and Office Services including Management of facility Service Providers.
