Performance Dashboard was formed to capitalize on the growth potential of the Organizational Effectiveness Survey (OES), leadership coaching, performance management, and video and social media services. Specifically, the OES empower leaders with prescriptive data analytics and information to apply strategic solutions to targeted areas needing improvement. Our Organizational Effectiveness Survey (OES) brings to light an heretofore undiscovered trait of an organization. We call this trait an Immune System. It puts in the hands of leaders an empirically validated tool to use to keep their organization’s culture healthy, effective, and resilient. The Immune System continually monitors the functioning of an organization\'s behavior-and-practice norms, and flags what’s going well and what isn’t. If a problem exists, it identifies the deep-rooted toxins threatening those norms.
