His journey to success began early. At 18, he was recognized with the Best Salesman Award, but his true calling was to serve the nation. Captain Thomas devoted six years to the Indian Army, where he exhibited exemplary courage, leadership, and discipline. Post his military service, he embarked on a new mission: to empower and guide individuals by sharing his wisdom and experiences. Today, Captain Jaison Thomas is a renowned motivational speaker, life-transforming coach, and choreographer. He is known for his influential leadership and expertise in training and development, with a special focus on Teachers Training Programs, Soft Skills Development, Faculty Development, Team Management, and Student Training & Development. Under his dynamic leadership, he established two premier institutions: Incisive and Speak N Style, both of which focus on training and personality development. In addition, he is the visionary founder of Lords International School, an educational institution designed to nurture young minds. With a career spanning 15 years, Captain Thomas has transformed the lives of over students, helping them break through their limits and pursue their passions. His training programs have also impacted over 1 lakh teachers and countless employees from 50+ multinational companies, helping them unlock their potential and elevate their performance.
