Primary responsibilities include- Supporting the CEO and Board in communicating strategic vision and priorities for internal and external audiences- Acting as the primary liaison between the Board, Executive Office, and staff- Leading preparation and logistics for all board meetings, all staff and executive team meetings- Supporting employee engagement across the organization- Working with the executive team in the annual planning process, which sets the goals and objectives for the year within the annual budget- Liaison between the CEO, finance, grants and the investment team ensuring efficient adherence to governance policies- Enacting institution-wide change management, revising internal policies and procedures, and supporting the trust’s justice-focused mission- Working across department to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to all work within the organization
