ABOUT SERGI CAPAPE
You can find in me a good mix of data science, consulting and emerging technologies. My PhD in Civil Engineering set a solid maths and physics base which I used to keep learning and challenging myself to help others -it is very rewarding.Programming languages have been a strong focus of mine, and I have been writing code in Python, R, MATLAB, C#, Q#, SQL to efficiently solve stakeholders’ problems (from optimising water resources, or modelling workforce impact of COVID19, to running financial services processes). I present the insights that my work provides with the support of BI tools (Tableau or Power BI).I enjoy playing with cloud technologies (GCP and AWS) as the enablers for many organisations. No need to enter expensive hardware purchases when you can try it out safely in the cloud.With Quantum Computing being an exciting field that will transform businesses, I am training with IBM Quantum (Qiskit) to get ready for the future to come.
