Energia Group is a modern integrated energy utility powering the energy transition on the island of Ireland.Responsibilities include- Leading on Energia Group\'s Double Materiality Assessment as part of the Group\'s risk management and strategic development and progressing the Group\'s stakeholder engagement framework for ESG- Leading on Energia Group\'s human rights workstream, responsible for embedding a human rights due diligence process that aligns with international instruments, such as the UNGPs and OECD Guidelines- Supporting on a mapping exercise of the Group\'s full Value Chain- Developing a detailed understanding of the evolving ESG landscape including legislation and directives and assisting in the monitoring of sustainability trends and ESG reporting requirements- Advising on the implications of policy on the Group\'s ESG and corporate strategy- Assisting with annual reporting requirements and performance improvement plans for frameworks such as CFD and CDP, as well as voluntary reporting such as the Group\'s Responsible Business Report- Supporting periodic reviews of the Group\'s Climate Risks and Opportunities- Collaborating with teams across the business to embed an in-depth understanding of the Group\'s ESG agenda and strategy across the business.
