About Michelle Cao
Hello! My name is Michelle, and I\'m currently a junior at Cornell University majoring in Psychology. As an aspiring IO psychologist, I am aiming to create a positive work environment so that employees and employers have a beneficial relationship. I am interested learning more about the human factors in the workplace so I can provide strategic solution to improve the system and human elements in the workplace. Through research in Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, I am learning more about morality, consent, and boundaries at work which I hope to use to improve work environments. Currently, I\'m a Change Enablement intern at UnitedHealth Group strategizing way to decrease team burn out, increase productivity during meetings, and help improve overall program team dynamic. I am learning Prosci to understand how to apply the tools and methodology to create a change management strategy and plans, with the necessary commitment to enable individual change and achieve organizational results and outcomes. I\'ve always thought of psychology as a tool to allow me better understand human thought and behavior.
