   Manage teams overseeing the fabrication, analysis, and shipment of U-Mo alloys in support of the conversion of U.S. High Performance Research Reactors (USHPRRs) from Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU) fuel to Low-Enriched Uranium (LEU) fuel.• Identify and align the appropriate experimental teams to achieve program goals and objectives, coordinating with line management to assign staff effectively.• Develop and lead project scope, budget, and execution schedules.• Identify and resolve issues within the scope of work, ensuring seamless project alignment and timely delivery.• Assist in the initial negotiation of projects with national and international customers for the receipt of uranium materials.• Maintain direct customer interface and collaborate with national and international entities, representing Y-12 in business discussions and commitments made to customers.• Prepare internal technical documents and weekly/monthly status reports for the NNSA’s Material Management and Minimization program and external customers.• Holds an active Department of Energy Q clearance.
