After all the years that I have worked at Canada Post in customer service. My greatest satisfaction was the appreciation that I received from my clients for my quick response and resolution to their issues. I loved to teach them how to avoid future issues. As a customer service representative, I noticed that there was not enough being done for small business. Small business owners do not have enough time to discover what they can do to improve their bottom line or increase customer awareness or sales. I enjoy solving some of their problems.I have also discovered that everyone is using their laptops less and less. Almost everyone is now using smaller devices such as smart phones or Ipads. I have also noticed that many websites were not mobile friendly. I have now discovered a way for small business owners to improve their sales and contact their clients/customeres
