About Canion Boyd

My passion is being a guide to employees who need a little boost of confidence or direction. Many times an employee gets stuck in a rut, or they are having a conflict that needs outside perspective. My role is to help that individual find a way out of that rut or conflict while keeping the company\'s mission in mind. Today I am responsible for the needs of 65 employees in respect to their payroll, benefits, employee relations issues, employee engagement, harassment, and safety. When new employees come in I perform the new hire orientation, and when employees decide to leave, I handle the terminations. Human Resources has the potential to create a major impact on any organization. They are charged with handling retention via making the organization a great place to work while keeping the culture and mission of the organization in mind. It is my great pleasure to continue to make ABCO Subsea a great place to work.
