After working with BDR\'s training and utilizing the proven industry strategies in my territory with my dealers I knew it would be a great fit! Joining the BDR team has been a goal of mine for many years.Driving Profit and Growth for dealers by helping them fine tune their business structure, developing business plans and capturing every sales opportunity with and offer, inform an educate approach.If you are an HVAC distributor that needs help providing training to your dealer group OR you are a dealer that needs help running your business more effectively, we at BDR have tools for you.My current job responsibilities are to work with HVAC Distributors throughout the U.S. to schedule their training journey with BDR. I work with Distributor Management to do training webinars with their sales team. I help prepare and equip them with industry tools & knowledge to communicate with dealers what they will gain by attending training. How to implement and work with their dealers on our training curriculum. Present BDR\'s offerings at Dealer Meetings. Assist in BDR training classes to help develop relationships with Distributor teams and their dealers. Fulfill dealer and distributor requests at training for additional information. I also aide in updated class suggestions, curriculum changes and edit suggestions with the Training Manager.
