With over 22 years of experience harnessing the effectiveness of leaders, programs, teams, and organizations, I earn trust by designing and facilitating meetings that matter and are as unique as the situation and organization. I am a passionate and effective change agent motivated by inspiring and empowering others and have over 500 hours coaching leaders and emerging leaders to align their intention with impact.
