I began my professional career in the legal field - focused on legal admin, allowing me to hone my skills in research, logistics and attention to detail under the managing partner of a highly successful commercial law firm. Hands-on approach to successful hospitality management, beginning in California but transitioning to the UK, with extensive skills in management, customer service and the day-to-day running of a profitable business. Including relationships with suppliers and contracts, as well as staff and customers. Strong sales and marketing skills, including event planning, sales, and management which increased the profitability of the business in numerous roles by a significant margin Experience in human resources and accounting; in several consulting roles I was trained extensively in SAGE as well as payroll, PAYE, and general HR. Exposure to international bodies, working with several NGOS, including The Hotel Rwanda Rusesabagina Foundation, and international bodies, like UNA-UK and the UN since 2004. UK Resident ILR.
