People Operations Manager @Affirm

I help manage the technological growth of People Team systems. Through 7 acquisitions and over 1600 new Affirmers in 6 countries, I shepherded our People technology through the transition from a private company to IPO for a dynamic company with 1.35 billion USD (2022) in revenue. I spend my time implementing processes and managing new People data and system management regulations for publicly traded companies, including SOX compliance. Accomplishments over the past two years have included: Building and scaling global, agency-wide pay premium policy throughout Affirm’s internal People systems through alignment with internal stakeholders and leadership in Compensation, Finance, IT and Employment Legal. Leading cross-functional team of external contractors and W-2 employees on the implementation of a new regulatory process for overtime eligible employees in the US. Working alongside system SME’s in other functions to create 15 new data integrations, spanning IAM, accounting platforms, compensation and compliance systems, etc. rolled out to the global workforce. Enhancing Affirm’s HRIS security infrastructure to comply with SOX requirements by assessing a full employee data life cycle audit, creating reports and automating processes to reduce manual workload for the People Operations team.
