Prior to joining Orchard, I was the Managing Partner of The Obsidian Group at Village Premier Collection powered by REAL Broker, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Consultants, Mark Spain Real Estate, a Licensed Local Expert then Network Agent at Knock, sold at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty for over five years, and also served as the Assistant Sales and Marketing Director for the builder of the HGTV Green Home 2012.As a licensed real estate broker I combine expertise in marketing, consulting with home buyers/sellers/investors, listing execution, technology, client services, and contract-to-close management.
