I led globally distributed support operation squads through a massive cloud technology evolution, migrating monolith technical stacks to a cloud based highly distributed micro-service architecture taking place over a 2-year period. Built and scaled the SRE model across the globe in 3 time zones going from a workforce of 60 to over 100 engineers who are in service of Nike Direct to Consumer and B2B platforms. We build Reliability solutions that are deployed and consumed by hundreds of engineering squads and lower mean time to detect and recover KPIs and increase developer productivity.At Nike, I am a fierce advocate for social and cultural transformation. I organized and led 2 back-to-back annual Dev Ops Day @ Nike events inviting speakers from across the industry to present to the Nike Global Technology organization. In 2020, at the height of the racial justice movement, I founded the Black Employees in Technology network at Nike with a mission to connect, grow and amplify the voices of this underrepresented community.
