At Aurora, we believe that women are magical creatures, designed by God for a powerful purpose. My role at Aurora, along with my Co-Founder and the amazing coaches on our team, is to assist women in finding their God-sized dream, their God-given purpose, their \"more\" and to embrace all the growth and healing that it will take to realize those purposes and dreams this side of heaven. As a leader in the organization, I utilize my decades of experience, lessons, and wins and losses to create a corporate culture for our coaches in which each one receives the tools, support, and accountability to coach her clients at a very high level, to serve the Lord every day, and to continue to grow as a coach and mentor within our organization. I am also heavily involved in the creative process, speaking and writing to share my gifts with those who want it. Finally, I serve a small handful of private clients in the Business and Leadership team of Aurora. This role is the culmination and pinnacle of many different sets of skills that I have developed over the past 30+ years of my career.
