About Candice McFarlane
Human Resources Professional with a background in HRIS, HR Reporting/Metrics, Employee Relations, recruiting and onboarding. I have exemplified project management skills by collaborating with the organization and other team members to implement strategic HR programs (See Resume). My motto is to “seek the best and efficient solution” when problem solving. Providing novel, yet strategic, HR related customer service is my top priority.
